VA0032 Accounting: How to Perform Year End Closing

Please login into Million Accounting System and follow these steps :

- Go to System, Select  Administrative Tools

Notes :-

  1. Do your normal backup before performing the year end closing.
  2. For networking. Perform your year end closing at the server.
  3. Make sure all workstation has been turn off.
  4. Million install in C drive. The Year End Backup at the same Drive ( Where you install ).



        

- Go to Year End Closing       


      

     

- Click OK to proceed

- Login User ID = "admin" & Password = "admin"





- Click Yes



- Click OK
