Please login into Million Accounting System and follow these steps :
- Go To System, Select Backup Database
Backup to encourage eg as below:-
1. C:\Million\Account\YourCompanyName YYMMDD
2. C:\Million\Account\SGL\151001 ( YourComapanyName - SGL , YY 15 - MM 10 - DD 01 )
3. Copy the backup file to your pendrive make sure your computer no virus.
4. You can use any cloud but don't use auto sync.
* Note Please perform upgrade your antivirus program often
Please check your anti virus software able to detect and clean ransomware
- Set the Backup File's destination
- Click Backup to proceed
- Click Yes
- Click OK to complete
- Your Backup file has been created
