Ans : Upgrading fee is RM 756.00, payable to SGL Marketing (CIMB Bank 80 03714017) for one On-Premises/Server/Computer. Send payment slip to Whatsapp +8619121686614 with information listed in Q3 (Either A or B)
Ans : Kindly provide the following info based on your license type :
A. Million Dongle license type
1. Take picture on the front and back of the dongle showing following details :
i. Acc Inv
ii. Acc Stk
iii. Stk
iv. POS
B. Million Coding license type

2. Select Coding License
3. Screenshot the coding license

Ans: Million Accounting Software supports multi-company use for E-invoicing.
Ans: You only need to pay once for upgrades, regardless of whether it’s a dongle or coding license type.

Ans: Yes, after upgrading to the E-invoicing feature, the software will allow for multi-user access.
Ans: Yes, the E-invoicing functionality will be updated to comply with any new government regulations or changes. You can download these updates from our website by subscribing to our subscription package at an one-time fee of RM 100.
Ans: Currently, no. The first-time upgrade for E-invoicing needs to be performed by authorized Million Accounting Software dealers.
Ans: We will provide instructions (guidelines) to help you use the upgraded system with E-invoicing. Additionally, you can consult with your accountant for assistance or subscribe to our support service for further guidance.
