a. Supply of the first 200 units of electricity to a domestic household for a
minimum of 28 days
b. Supply of the first 35m3 of water (excluding distilled water,
de-ionised water, oxygenized water and mineral water) to a domestic
consumers
c. Agriculture products – fresh fruits and vegetables
d. Livestock supplies - Meat, seafood including fish, prawn, cuttlefish, crab,
oyster and cockles
e. Poultry and eggs
f. Food Stuff – Rice, sugar, table salt, plain flour, cooking oil
g. Exported goods and services
h. Goods supplied to designated areas (Labuan, Langkawi and Tioman)
from Malaysia other than designated areas
